Yes — Golden Brown is a welcoming space for remote workers and students. Customers often use our café during quieter hours for meetings, laptop work or reading. We have both indoor and outdoor seating.
What kind of coffee do you serve?
We serve high-quality specialty coffee prepared by our friends at Groundworks Coffee, Co.Kildare who focus on balance, sweetness and consistency. Whether you want a flat white, iced latte or espresso, we aim to serve one of the best cups of coffee in Dublin. We use high quality milk sourced from the Village Dairy in Killeshin on the Laois/Carlow border.
Do you offer takeaway brunch or breakfast?
Yes. All our food — from toasties to pastries to sandwiches — is available for takeaway. Many customers grab Golden Brown for breakfast on the go or pick up lunch during work breaks. Order online for collection or for delivery through Just Eat.

What are your most popular brunch dishes?
Our customers love our gourmet toasties Ragin Cajun, Hot Chick and Italian Chicken are our 3 best sellers). Our “Golden Bowl” from the smoothie bowl menu is also very popular for those who prefer something a bit lighter!
Do you serve breakfast every day?
Yes. Golden Brown serves breakfast daily, including fresh pastries, coffee, toasties, and light smoothie bowls. It’s a great place for early breakfast, a mid-morning bite or a relaxed start to the day.
Do we provide gluten free options?
We do not stock gluten free bread as we used to buy a loaf every day but the lack of demand meant there was a lot of waste so it is no longer stocked. However, if you bring our own gluten free bread we will be happy to grill you a sandwich using that!
Do you have any Vegan options?
Yes our sourdough bread is Vegan friendly and we have a very popular Spicy Vegan sandwich containing a Vegan cheese mix, Sriracha hot sauce, Jalapenos and Hellman’s Vegan mayo.
